Oracle Modern HR Luncheon: Showcasing Innovation in HRM

Leading HR professionals in Karachi gained critical insight into how to leverage technology to improve overall employee engagement and performance during Oracle’s recent ‘Modern HR for Modern Business’ event.

In addition to equipping organizations with information on the latest technology innovations in this area, the event provided a range of presentations and panel discussions.  A key area of focus was how accessible leaders and strong company values benefit the organization and are determining factors for an employee’s success or failure within the company.

Another hot topic was the impact of the millennial workforce, not just in Pakistan but also globally.  Discussion centered on the need to give them the same digital experiences they are accustomed to receiving as consumers, and how to attract and retain them in today’s fiercely competitive global market. A highlight of the event was a panel discussion co-hosted by Keystone, a Gold level member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork.  The session, which included local HR professionals, focused on the challenges faced by HR practitioners in the areas of sourcing, retaining and evaluating talent.

Established in 1980 as an apparel manufacturer, Soorty Enterprises Pvt.
