In celebration of the International Women’s Day, IDG is back with its series featuring women from around the local ecosystem. Tête-à-Tech with E-Elle’s; here in conversation with Cynia Ejaz, Community Manager at the National Incubation Center – Islamabad.
Cynia Ejaz, is currently working as the Community Manager at the National Incubation Center Islamabad. Cynia was previously a core team member at Telenor Pakistan’s Accelerator: Telenor Velocity.
Speaking to IDG Pakistan, she says,
When I look back on my own journey, I would tell myself to be confident first and foremost, to believe in myself, before anyone else because if I believe in myself, then others will too. And ultimately, it is this confidence and belief that later makes you an enabler and a role model for other women.
Her message to women all across, whether they are in the field of technology or not, would be,
“Be confident and strong, speak up and most importantly know your worth. Our world is changing very quickly, and as women, we need to be the enablers who drive this change.”
More from the IWD2018 series is available on the IDG Pakistan website.
