Tête-à-Tech with E-Elle’s: ‘Break Free & Take The Leap’ Areej Khan, Telenor Pakistan

In celebration of the International Women’s Day, IDG is back with its series featuring women from around the local ecosystem. Tête-à-Tech with E-Elle’s; here in conversation with Areej Khan, Director Corporate Communications at Telenor Pakistan.

“All of us need to come together and inspire each other to grow. We all have something unique to offer to the world and it is this uniqueness that is our strength! No woman should shy away from reaching out to what is rightfully hers; speak up and seize what this world has to offer!”

Khan added on,

“If I could give one advice to my fellow women, it would be to follow your passion; it doesn’t matter which stage you’re at in life, if you’re passionate about an opportunity, you need to go for it. Believe in yourself; break free, take the leap, and see yourself soar! There are no limits to success.”

Telenor has always been a front runner when it comes to women empowerment and has various initiatives that solely focus on women and children. Furthermore, Telenor Pakistan has also recently been recognized at the Diversity and Inclusion Conference 2018, held by Center for Global Inclusion in Karachi for setting excellent benchmarks in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion practices in its work culture.
